Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Slave Lake Accommodations LTD. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with their needs, providing information and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide luggage handling and storage services, ensuring the safekeeping of our guests' belongings.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a 30-hour week.
Work Environment

This role is based in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, requiring the ability to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Language

The primary language spoken in this role is English.
