Position Overview:
- Design and oversee communications pertaining to the student journey
- Manage significant communication and marketing strategies to enhance student onboarding and overall experience
- Work in partnership with divisional communication teams and managers to ensure clarity in messaging
- Produce compelling and student-focused communications across multiple platforms
- Leverage data insights and audience personas to develop tailored content
- Analyze and report on communication and marketing initiatives utilizing various analytical tools
- Perform additional related responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in copywriting and editing across diverse media
- Preferred experience in crafting communications for a post-secondary student demographic
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in content creation techniques and digital tools
- Exceptional organizational, research, and analytical capabilities
