About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Clientserver Tech Systems Inc. as a key member of our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing cheques for payroll, reconciling accounts, and maintaining general ledgers.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns.
  • Training and Development: Will train and develop skills in bookkeeping and accounting.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Permanent position with a minimum of [insert duration] years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
