Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement financial dashboards and reports to provide insights and support business decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial reporting matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and finance teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, ensuring our financial reporting processes remain compliant and effective.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of financial reporting regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
