We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at Onmyownbusiness Solutions Inc.
Job SummaryThe Accounting Professional will be responsible for identifying clients' financial goals and objectives, supervising staff, and analyzing clients' financial records. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Identify clients' financial goals and objectives
- Supervise staff and train them on accounting procedures
- Analyze clients' financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards
- Develop financial plans for clients and prepare reports and audit findings
- Prepare financial statements and reports, and develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures
- Analyze financial documents and reports, and keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment of employees
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting
- Quick Books, MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
