We are seeking a skilled Release Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Release Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless release of our products, directly impacting our success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Support the software setup process through day-to-day follow-up on project/program road maps.
- Ensure deadlines are met and day-to-day functions of programs and related projects take place as required.
- Coordinate with product marketing, project management, product operations, and IT for the setup of single or multiple products.
- Establish processes consistent with overall organization objectives and maintain process documentation.
- Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity.
- Keep leaders informed of critical milestones and decisions; ensures work is reviewed upon completion.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage issues related to releases.
- 3-5 years of experience with managing software product releases and supply chain setup.
- Proficient with MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of license technology configuration preferred.
- Familiarity with document publication tools (Adobe Acrobat Pro, Dreamweaver) as well as SAP and Salesforce.
- Proficient project management skills in planning, execution, and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), leadership and influence skills.
