About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to join our team at Brave Brothers Tree Experts Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our pest control services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 pest control technicians
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and schedule pest control services
    • Oversee the preparation of production and other reports
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Training and Development
    • Train or arrange for training of pest control technicians
    • Recruit and hire new team members
  • Business Development
    • Estimate costs and materials for projects
    • Participate in business development initiatives to grow the pest control services
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our pest control services.
