Job Title: Portable Toilet Driver

GFL Environmental is seeking a reliable and physically capable labourer to support our industrial line of business in Thunder Bay. As a Portable Toilet Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and servicing portable toilets, maintaining our work truck and units, and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and install portable toilets at various locations
  • Service and maintain portable toilets, including cleaning and stocking units, and pumping out sewage
  • Maintain the company's work truck and units in good working condition
  • Interact with customers, manage contracts, and collect payments
  • Work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions
  • Assist with additional job duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid G license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Tolerance for unpleasant odors and environments
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Meet deadlines and follow instructions
  • Experience with physical labour and manual tasks
  • Physical ability to maneuver portable toilets and equipment
  • Driving experience with large trucks and trailers
  • Ability to back up using only mirrors
  • Trustworthiness and ability to work independently
  • Friendly and courteous communication skills
