Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Crabby Joe's Bar & Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be standing for extended periods. You must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
