Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Consultant to join our team at the Commission Scolaire Central Quebec / Central Quebec School Board. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and supporting the French curriculum, facilitating the acquisition of necessary skills in French, and accompanying school teams in setting up and developing professional learning communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cycle-teams to develop projects related to the Quebec Education Program;
  • Provide formal and informal assistance to teachers, school principals, and colleagues;
  • Support the administration council in planning activities for professional development and teaching strategies;
  • Develop and implement new materials deemed useful by the director of Instructional Services and school administrators;
  • Manage the budget granted by the MEES;
  • Work with colleagues to provide support for professional learning communities in the school board's schools.
Requirements

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Educational Services and will be working at the Board Office. Travel is expected.
