Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructor - Industry Expert to join our team at ACA Emergency Response Training Inc. as a key member of our training faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Development and Delivery
    • Design and develop comprehensive training programs for industry professionals
    • Deliver engaging and informative lectures, presentations, and workshops
  • Student Support and Evaluation
    • Provide individualized support and guidance to students
    • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement
    • Conduct thorough evaluations of training programs and courses
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs
    • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma or degree
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
