  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements, including monthly reviews of Industrial Lines.
  • Marketing and Sales: Maintain the self-selection display and ensure seasonal parts and merchandise are properly displayed and promoted for the Industrial Lines, adhere to Parts company guidelines regarding Marketing initiatives for the Industrial Lines, and monitor external factors to strategically prepare for and respond to customer needs in the local Industrial market.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Create professional relationships with Metso/OEM counterparts for effective and timely parts resolutions, develop business by gaining new contracts, analyzing problems, and producing new solutions, and motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork to meet productivity targets.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide input for corporate reports and forecasts for Industrial branches, and maintain Customer and Equipment Info in CDK.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Metso and Aggregate Parts Subject Matter expert and Truck Parts subject matter expert.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Skills: Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, exceptional customer service and communication skills, Journeyperson Parts Certification, Aggregates Parts and Operational Experience, Trucking Industry Parts and Operational Experience in fast-paced parts departments, basic understanding of aggregate and trucking equipment and processes, basic understanding of crushing and screening processes and equipment, sound understanding of basic mathematical processes, and knowledge of A/R Liabilities, Parts Pricing & Matrix, inventory valuation, piece ranking reports, loss sales reports, asset turnover, and inventory control.
