Position Overview

STACY PIERIES is seeking a dedicated and nurturing In-Home Childcare Specialist to provide exceptional care for children in a family environment. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the well-being and development of children.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train candidates with a passion for childcare.
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking household.
  • Work will primarily take place in the employer's home.
  • Optional accommodation may be available at no charge on a live-in basis, though this is not a condition of employment.
  • Room and board will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment within the home.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals for children.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being.
  • Transport children to and from school and appointments.
  • Assist children with homework and educational activities.
