About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at IT Minds Inc. as a Software Developer. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with our cross-functional team to design and develop web applications that meet our business requirements.
  • Code Maintenance: Maintain and update existing web applications to ensure they are secure, efficient, and meet our quality standards.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure our web applications meet our high standards.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our web applications.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in web development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Object-Oriented programming languages, image editing software, project management software, HTML editing software, website creation and management software, programming languages, software development, and database management.
