Position Overview

Tilly's Family Restaurant is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Helpers. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that our culinary operations run smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required
  • Experience: On-the-job training provided
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in loading and unloading buspans and trays
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas
  • Restock condiments and supplies at dining tables and service stations
  • Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and trash appropriately
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
