About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Polisher to join our team at Applied Industrial Flooring. As a Concrete Polisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our industrial flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concrete Finishing: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification, and impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Preparation and Maintenance: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, and apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in concrete polishing and finishing.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Commercial and industrial settings.
