About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Applied Industrial Flooring. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete floors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to meet our high standards.
  • Impart a desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, ensuring a professional-looking finish.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to complete the flooring installation.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from damage.
  • Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to their original condition.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain our high-quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in Polish and Ukrainian languages.
  • Commercial and industrial experience.
