As the ONroute Brand Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of your designated brand(s). Reporting directly to the General Manager or Associate General Manager, you will work closely with the plaza team to achieve overall performance goals. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the hourly team to ensure that each shift meets ONroute's financial objectives, brand standards, and delivers exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule daily operations to achieve sales and budget targets.
- Handle ordering and inventory management processes.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards.
- Uphold brand standards, conduct audits, and ensure superior customer service.
- Assume the role of Manager-in-Charge in the absence of the General Manager or AGM.
Inventory and Ordering Responsibilities: You will be responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels for your assigned brand(s) and achieving budgeted food cost targets. This includes managing waste, establishing par levels, and ensuring accurate data entry in the inventory management system. You will oversee the timely placement, receipt, storage, and reconciliation of orders. Financial targets will be provided by your General Manager, and you will be expected to train and guide your team in managing food costs effectively.
Brand, Audit & Customer Service Responsibilities: You will ensure that all team members, including Crew Members and Shift Supervisors, are trained to meet or exceed brand, audit, and customer service standards. This includes preparing for franchise audits, health inspections, and other assessments. You will conduct self-audits regularly and develop action plans to address any identified opportunities for improvement. Your goal is to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times, actively engaging with your team during peak periods to enhance customer interactions.
Team Development and Health & Safety Responsibilities: You will be accountable for the recruitment, training, and development of your team, clearly communicating performance expectations and providing constructive feedback. Recognizing positive performance will be part of your regular routine. You will manage scheduling to meet labor targets while ensuring adequate coverage for customer service needs.
To maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers, you will ensure adherence to Health & Safety protocols, achieving a training compliance rate of 90% or higher. You will also ensure that each shift has the necessary trained personnel in areas such as First Aid and Health & Safety compliance.

This includes collaborating across all brands to deliver exceptional customer service and effectively managing daily operations while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
