We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team at SUBWAY FRANCHISE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient kitchen operations, ensuring timely food preparation and delivery.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste, ensuring we maintain our profit margins.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.
