Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate dishwashers, wash dishes, and sanitize kitchen equipment
  • Restock supplies, clean and sanitize kitchen areas, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional manner
  • Work effectively in a team environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks
