About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at VLB Allrite Auto Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues in vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Mechanical Issues: Use your expertise to identify and fix problems with engines, transmissions, and other critical systems.
  • Inspect and Test Vehicles: Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and test vehicles to ensure they are running safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate with Customers: Provide clear and concise explanations of repairs and maintenance needs to our customers.
  • Work with Supervisors: Collaborate with our supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

As an Automotive Technician at VLB Allrite Auto Ltd, you will be working in a garage environment with a team of experienced technicians. You will be exposed to dust, dirt, and noise on a regular basis.

Area of Specialization
  • Engine Repair: You will have the opportunity to specialize in engine repair and overhaul.
  • 4-Wheel Drive: You will work with 4-wheel drive vehicles and diagnose and repair issues related to this system.
  • Electrical and Electronic Systems: You will work with electrical and electronic systems, including diagnostics and repair.
  • Diesel Engines: You will work with diesel engines and diagnose and repair issues related to this system.
  • Diagnostics: You will use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex issues.
  • Alignment, Steering, and Suspension: You will work with alignment, steering, and suspension systems and diagnose and repair issues related to these systems.
  • Brake System: You will work with brake systems and diagnose and repair issues related to this system.
  • Hydraulic System: You will work with hydraulic systems and diagnose and repair issues related to this system.
  • Fuel and Emission System: You will work with fuel and emission systems and diagnose and repair issues related to these systems.
  • Ignition and Electrical System: You will work with ignition and electrical systems and diagnose and repair issues related to these systems.
  • Automatic Transmission: You will work with automatic transmissions and diagnose and repair issues related to this system.
  • Standard Transmission: You will work with standard transmissions and diagnose and repair issues related to this system.
  • Drive Train Components: You will work with drive train components and diagnose and repair issues related to these systems.
  • Imported Vehicles: You will work with imported vehicles and diagnose and repair issues related to these systems.
  • Front End Components: You will work with front end components and diagnose and repair issues related to these systems.
  • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System: You will work with HVAC systems and diagnose and repair issues related to these systems.
