Job Title: Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at VLB Allrite Auto Ltd. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle problems, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models. You will be responsible for inspecting and testing vehicles, identifying faults and malfunctions, and performing repairs and maintenance tasks to manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test vehicles to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer specifications
  • Estimate parts and labor costs for repairs and maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in automotive repair
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Work Environment

Our shop is a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented culture. You will be working in a garage setting, with exposure to dust, dirt, and noise. You must be able to stand for extended periods and have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
