Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Vice President of Operations to join our team at Wyview Group. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong background in production, logistics, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Strong background in production, logistics, and supply chain management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
