Woodlands Operations Supervisor - Operational Planning

Tolko Industries is seeking a highly skilled Woodlands Operations Supervisor to join our Cariboo Woodlands Division in Williams Lake, British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a sustainable supply of lumber to our local sawmills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans that meet mill volume requirements and consider multi-stakeholder requirements consistent with Tolko's Forest Stewardship Plan.
  • Manage quality control while working with other professionals, including RPFs, RFTs, hydrologists, and biologists.
  • Build relationships with First Nation partners and other stakeholders, including tenure holders, landowners, government, and communities.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule, working 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days in the field each week.
