Job Title: Python Data Migration Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Python Data Migration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data migration team, you'll be responsible for converting client data from legacy systems to our Q2 platform. Your expertise in Python and SQL will be instrumental in designing and implementing data migration solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Python frameworks for data conversion and migration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data migration issues
  • Document and track production environment modifications
  • Establish relationships with partner teams to ensure seamless technical support
  • Follow internal change control processes to implement production modifications
  • Contribute to a knowledge base for supported software
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with Python and SQL
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous data migration experience
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Enterprise/mid-sized software delivery experience preferred
