Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced truck driver to join our team at Great Team Logistics.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various locations, including long-haul routes. They will also be required to perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, as well as load and unload goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Load and unload goods, and perform emergency roadside repairs.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch, and transport and handle dangerous goods.
Requirements
  • AZ class license.
  • Valid driver's license, and willingness to travel cross-border and for extended periods.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads, and work in physically demanding conditions.
