Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and talented new graduate engineers to join our Upstream team in Eastern Canada. As a new graduate engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support upstream operations in Eastern Canada, including real-time monitoring of active drill wells and/or well work operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the most economic options for new well designs and/or performing remedial/diagnostic well work.
  • Evaluate drilling technologies and various industry drilling practices.
  • Implement effective solutions to health, safety, and environmental issues.
  • Participate in well hazard and operability studies, including risk analyses.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process or another accredited engineering discipline in Canada.
  • Strong analytical and organization skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to interface cross-functionally within the organization and with internal and external stakeholders and regulators.
  • Strong commitment to safety both on and off the job.
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work with a minimal supervision and in a team-based environment.
