At Dead Frog Brewery, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brewery Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our brewery operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our brewery.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of brewery staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality beer.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Training and Development: Train and develop brewery staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a brewery operations role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
