Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of brewery staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, product quality, and safety.
- Train and mentor staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare production reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a brewery or related industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fluency in English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced brewery environment, with regular exposure to brewery equipment and processes. A high level of physical fitness is required, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
