About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Installation Specialist to join our team at MOOSE FLOORING LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered and prepare them for installation by measuring, marking, and cleaning as needed.
  • Measure and Cut Materials: Measure and cut underlay, underpadding, and carpeting to ensure a precise fit.
  • Install Flooring: Install hardwood floors, carpeting, and other types of flooring, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintain: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, and perform routine maintenance to ensure the longevity of our installations.
  • Estimate and Plan: Estimate costs and materials required for each installation, and plan the installation process to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the flooring industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
