- Merchandising and Visual Display: Collaborate with the Store Manager to create visually appealing store displays and maintain a well-organized store environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Retail Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
