Job Summary:
La Vie en Rose is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maintaining the overall performance and profitability of the store. Your tasks will include optimizing sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize sales performance and profitability of the store
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Support the Store Manager in maintaining store standards and procedures
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
• 2+ years of retail management experience
• Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
