Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse
Job Summary:
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurse to join our team to provide support to our pediatric clients. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to clients in the school and home care environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to pediatric clients in the school and home care environments
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
