The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a proven track record of managing kitchen operations. Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, as well as recruiting and hiring staff. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food

**Requirements:**

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Permanent employment
* English as the primary language of work
* 30 to 40 hours per week
