About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Helping Hands Home Support Services. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering medications and providing personal care.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Errands: Assist clients with grocery shopping and other errands.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including clients' homes.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
