Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our business, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering best-in-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded
- Support the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including scheduling, inventory management, and data entry
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Completion of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant post-secondary education as a strong asset
- Proven experience in customer service, administration, and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
