We are currently seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Personal Attendants to be part of our dedicated team.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Part-Time Personal Attendant to contribute to our Willett Team. The Willett program is a transitional care initiative located within a healthcare facility.

This program operates every day of the week, and candidates must be flexible and available for various shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, along with every other weekend and statutory holidays.
AbleLiving will offer complimentary training. This part-time role will provide you with a competitive salary, paid orientation, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Delivering non-medical personal support services, life-skills assistance, and light housekeeping tasks for adults in a vulnerable demographic to help them maintain independence in their homes.
- This support is provided under the guidance of the clients and/or their designated decision-maker, adhering to client service agreements and supervisor instructions, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Courses related to personal support services for individuals with disabilities or seniors, health & safety, first aid, and understanding the physical and emotional needs of individuals are advantageous.
- Experience in providing support for individuals with disabilities or seniors, whether through paid employment or volunteer work, is beneficial.
A Personal Support Worker certificate is not mandatory for this position but is considered a valuable asset.
