Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and team-oriented individual to support our laboratory operations. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing samples for analysis, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare samples for analysis and testing
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities
  • Dispose of waste and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
  • Monitor and maintain adequate supplies and equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Laboratory Supervisor or Manager
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform simple calculations and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

The Laboratory Assistant will work in a high-volume laboratory environment with a focus on quality and accuracy. The role requires flexibility, patience, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to work overtime and shift work as needed.
