As a vital member of our sales team, you will report directly to the Assistant Sales Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the needs of potential clients, influence their choices, and promote our insurance offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize innovative technology solutions such as phone, chat, email, SMS, and video conferencing to customize client interactions.
- Recognize customer requirements to enhance existing offerings, which includes formulating contact strategies, introducing new products and services, and providing quotes for personal insurance.
- Establish connections and nurture relationships with potential clients, manage incoming inquiries, follow up on expiration notifications, re-quote past prospects, and reach out to generated leads.
- Create a supportive atmosphere that encourages new sales opportunities and the retention of current business.
- Ensure accurate processing of account modifications, maintain thorough customer documentation, prepare correspondence, and document files for follow-up.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- A RIBO license or the willingness to obtain one within the first 60 days of employment.
- Additional national or agent licensing is considered beneficial.
- A minimum of two years of sales experience, ideally in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to manage competing priorities.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; preference will be given to candidates with experience in Epic, Salesforce, and company portals.
