We are on the lookout for a proactive Senior Executive Assistant to join our head office team. This essential position has been created to facilitate the expansion of our organization by providing comprehensive support to three members of the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver direct administrative assistance to all executive team members.
- Manage and coordinate the schedules and calendars of executive management.
- Organize travel itineraries, including booking arrangements and making reservations.
- Review and edit documents, reports, and correspondence for accuracy and clarity before executive signature.
- Compile reports, background materials, presentations, and conduct necessary research.
- Handle and filter all incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors.
- Assess, prioritize, and distribute correspondence as needed.
- Facilitate communication among department managers, business unit leaders, and external consultants or contacts when necessary.
- Complete expense reports and perform related tasks.
- Project a positive and professional image of the company to all visitors and stakeholders.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned as required.
- A post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or a related field is essential.
- 5-7 years of experience in a Senior Administrative or Executive Assistant capacity is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of office procedures and practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
