Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the company's executives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate personal tasks and errands for executives as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
