About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at 1652357 ALBERTA LTD. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit detailed reports to management on operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve complex work problems, provide expert technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and coordinate with management to ensure training needs are met.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet operational objectives.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Work Terms: This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
