Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective tour operations.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach and stay connected with the team.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on tour operations, guest feedback, and team performance.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure their tour experience is enjoyable and accessible.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high-performing team.
- Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized tour operations environment.
- Supervise 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, or 5-10 people, depending on the tour operations needs.
- Proficient in MS Outlook to manage communication and scheduling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload.
