Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Leaf Infusions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality, and leading a team of staff to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively
- Production Planning and Control
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Quality Assurance and Improvement
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity and quality
- Materials Management
- Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support production needs
- Communication and Reporting
- Prepare and submit reports to management on production performance and progress
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
