Junior Instructional Designer

We are seeking a talented Junior Instructional Designer to join our team at The Travel Corporation. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative and engaging training experiences that empower our Contact Centre and supporting business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop competency-based training content using eLearning authoring tools like Captivate and Articulate.
  • Apply the latest eLearning best practices to boost learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to align training with business goals and objectives.
  • Test and troubleshoot courses to ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), including training records and system updates.
