Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Aide to join our team at Scott Manor Residence. As a Patient Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Assist with transportation of residents to and from activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition to the nursing staff.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
