Territory Manager - Surgical Innovations & Advanced Solutions

Medtronic is seeking a driven and experienced Territory Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographic territory by promoting and selling our comprehensive portfolio of surgical products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets within your assigned territory.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and hospital administrators.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the surgical industry.
  • Provide expert product demonstrations and technical support to customers, showcasing the value proposition of our innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, clinical specialists, and sales management, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence within our CRM system.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, healthcare management, engineering).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in selling surgical equipment or operating room solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the surgical market, key players, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals and driving business growth.
