The Lead Financial Control Manager position at a prominent financial organization focuses on maintaining the precision of the Personal & Commercial Banking Balance Sheet alongside its external reporting obligations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Examine monthly balance sheet evaluations for correctness
  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the Balance Sheet
  • Oversee quarterly reporting duties
  • Guarantee General Ledger integrity and adherence to IFRS regulations
  • Deliver prompt and precise Canadian Banking GAA and RWA balances reporting
  • Streamline reporting processes for improved efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Financial Instruments Standards

Qualifications:

  • CA or equivalent certification
  • Over 5 years of senior financial or management reporting experience
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities
