- Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies, applying an Agile mindset throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring effective communication with development teams.
- Business Process Reengineering: Engage in business process reengineering and optimization efforts, aligning with business transformation goals and providing insights and recommendations on modernization and digitization initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between business and technology, and ensuring seamless project execution.
- 7-8 Years of Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong preference for experience in the banking industry.
- Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
- Technology Stacks: Solid understanding of technology stacks, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
- Business Process Flows: Expertise in business process flows and converting functional knowledge into technical requirements.
- User Stories: Experience in developing and refining user stories.
- Related Industries: Experience in related industries such as Insurance or Telecom.
- Modernization Projects: Hands-on experience with modernization, digitization, and business transformation projects.
- Soft Skills: Strong soft skills, with the ability to explain the purpose and flow of UI and other business processes end-to-end.
