- Operations and Administration
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.

- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Education and Experience
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or culinary arts.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. The successful candidate will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
